A Ukrainian incursion into Russia represents an unlimited embarrassment for Vladimir Putin and his army management. Tens of 1000’s of residents have been evacuated after Ukrainian troops stormed throughout the border. The Russian armed forces, caught off guard, are being sluggish to reply. The rouble is slumping, as worries mount about the way forward for the warfare. But on the house entrance, at the least, issues look higher than ever for Mr Putin. Regardless of sanctions and pariah standing, Russia’s financial system is rising strongly. It seems that bacchanalian spending, at a time of warfare, actually will get issues going.
