Hey everyone! I bought my current house at the peak of the market for 495k. I can only sell it for about 450-460k. I owe about 450k on the loan. There are some new build spec homes for about 100k off in my area. I would love to move. I’m curious if anyone has any feed back on how to get out of my current home and get into a new home for a great deal. The goal is to move into a brand new home. I just want to break even if possible, or take a minor loss. Need help and ideas for how to do so!
