Hi, I’m from the UK, I’m on benefits (higher rate universal credit & PIP) due to diagnosis, so I get roughly 1600 a month I think?
I know the NHS doesn’t do tummy tucks anymore, I’ve lost ALOT of weight, however it’s psychologically debilitating me and affecting multiple aspects of my life as a result.
My question is, can I finance surgery whilst on these benefits? Do they let you? I have a great credit history, never missed bills or repayments.
I’ve worked out that the tummy tuck alone would be £135 a month for five years, not awfully sure on the interest on that, but it seems completely doable to me, but I don’t know what my options are due to my inability to work?
