Hi, I never ask here but there is nothing online that seems to give me a definite answer and my anxiety is off the wall. Do any of you know if putting 0's down on steps 3, and 4(a-c) of a W4 is the same as leaving those spots blank or would they somehow count that as something else? If any of you know and could advise I would extremely appreciate I've been stressing for over 2 weeks now probably for nothing.
