The Regional Industrial Improvement Company (RIDC) and Allegheny County Airport Authority (ACAA) have agreed that RIDC will take over property administration and enterprise attraction efforts for Neighborhood 91 (N91), a sophisticated manufacturing campus at Pittsburgh Worldwide Airport.
