What people selling online courses aren’t telling you
Selling is tough sh!t.
In truth, it doesn’t matter what you sell. Your stuff can be the best invention since sliced bread, but unless you are selling water to someone on fire, you will run straight into the wall.
I have enough battle scars to prove my point.
Sadly, digital marketers have taken advantage of this situation. They prey on fatigued business owners and novice sales folks by discrediting what they learn and what they know.
As annoying as that is, I must acknowledge they are good at one thing.
They understand their customers.
They understand that failure sells.
Beyond fear and what truly matters in sales
I am not here to preach fearmongering.
That is a puddle of deep swamp I choose to navigate away from. We can improve our sales when we venture into customer psychology.
