Welcome to my common Meal Prep Monday put up (SO lots of you might be loving these so we’re going to maintain going with this so long as I’ve time and talent to maintain sharing. Better of all, it’s been serving to out a lot to have meals made forward of time!!) This previous week, we had a visitor at our home and it was so good to simply simply invite them for dinner as a result of it was just about all made and prepared!
(Notice: I’ll be out of city this weekend visiting my mother and father so I might be skipping Meal Prep Monday however I would share some footage from a Valentine’s Dinner I’m serving to my mother and father with in KS as a substitute! Keep tuned!)

What I Meal-Prepped
More healthy Reese’s Bars — recipe coming quickly. These are wonderful!!
Selfmade Tortillas — recipe coming quickly. These are so scrumptious freshly made!
Selfmade “Uncrustables” — I didn’t take the crust off so they’re simply freezer PB&J. However I’m calling them Uncrustables as a result of that sounds cooler. Silas requested me if I may make a few of these for him to have for lunches and snacks. Jesse was excited I made them, too!
Browned Floor Beef — Silas will use this for meals for himself this week (he likes to prepare dinner and makes himself a number of lunches for college.
Seasoned Baked Rooster — I made this for fast protein. I like to snack on it and add it to a spot of veggies for a lunch or snack.
Odds & Ends Soup — I used to be planning to make Three Bean Chili Chowder, however we didn’t have the components I believed we did. So I principally took odds and ends of canned tomatoes and one can of beans and garbanzo beans and added broth and veggies and a few hen and we’re going to name it some form of soup and serve it with tortilla chips and shredded cheese.
Meatballs — It’s been a very long time since we’ve had meatballs, a recipe we made usually rising up. So I made these this week! (I left off the barbecue topping on the recipe, FYI.)
Rooster Tetrazzini — I made such an enormous pan of this that I’m fairly optimistic it would final for 2 dinners.

I attempted a brand new recipe for wholesome Reese’s bars. These have been SO good!! (I’ll be posting the recipe right here subsequent week. Keep tuned!)


Jesse ate one in all these after I made them and was like, “These are WAY higher than precise Reese’s!”

I additionally made some selfmade tortillas for consuming with taco bowls.

When you’ve by no means tried selfmade tortillas, they’re so a lot better than store-bought (my recipe coming quickly!). It’s a lot quicker to purchase store-bought, so I usually try this if I discover a good sale. However it’s enjoyable to make them from scratch often.

Wednesday — Meatballs, Some Type of Potatoes, Steamed Veggies, Fruit
Thursday — Rooster Tetrazinni, Fruit (I’ll be out of city.)
Friday — Dinner Out (I’ll be out of city.)
Saturday — Leftovers (I’ll be out of city.)
