Keller Williams LLC (KW), the world’s largest real estate franchise by agent count, is hosting its 17th annual Renew, Energize, and Donate Day – or RED Day – today.

Since May 2009, KW® agents worldwide have dedicated a whole day to community service, engaging in diverse volunteer efforts in collaboration with local nonprofit partners to enhance neighborhoods.

“RED Day is more than just an event—it’s a powerful expression of who we are as a Keller Williams ‘ohana,” said Sasha Murphy, a Maui, Hawaii-based team leader. “This year, just like last, our mission feels especially close to home as we support Lauren Palakiko, a beloved member of our Lahaina community. We are honored to lend a hand in restoring her family’s taro farm.”

“I love getting together with fellow Keller Williams® Inspire Realty agents for a unique opportunity to plant vegetables at the Farm in the Dell of the Red River valley,” says Kyle Olson, a Fargo, North Dakota-based agent. “Our support of community makes me proud to be at KW.”

“We’ve been proudly volunteering with CAPA Beaufort (Child Abuse Prevention Association) for over six years, helping maintain the CAPA home for displaced children and assembling comfort baskets to ease their transition during difficult times,” said Rochelle Kagan, a Hilton Head, South Carolina-based market center administrator.

“I love a company and a community that walks its values. RED Day is everyone walking the value of service,” said David Gunderman, an Oakland, California-based team leader. “Each RED Day, my heart soars to see everyone rolling up their sleeves, getting dirty, getting involved, and to know it is happening across the globe — such a profound feeling of connection.”

“We are excited and thrilled to be hosting our first RED Day activity,” said Ayan Hassan, Regional Operations Manager, KW® Saudi Arabia. “To kick start this tradition, we’ve organized a blood donation drive, a meaningful way to give back to the community while engaging our incredible agents, staff, and community members.”

“RED Day reminds us that our greatest mission goes beyond real estate – it’s about people,” said Sanja Baranašič, Director of First Impressions, KW® Slovenia. “This year, we’re picking up brushes and hammers to create a brighter summer for underprivileged children. Together with the charitable organization Križemrok, we’re helping renovate a summer camp for children from socially disadvantaged families, allowing them to enjoy a safe and joyful summer vacation.”

“Thanks to a recent charity auction held by our agents, we raised $5,000, which will be donated to the Happy Hearts Foundation on RED Day. This contribution will help rebuild schools in areas affected by natural disasters,” said Jana Hrstkova, Regional Operating Principal, KW® Czech Republic. “Together, we’re making a difference — one school, one child, and one act of kindness at a time.”

“This RED Day, we are honoring 10 fallen community members who lost their lives in a tragic three-car accident, said Macarena Rose, Regional Operating Principal, KW® Belize. “We are partnering with the mayor and town council of Santa Elena and San Ignacio Belize, to unveil a monument in their memory.”
