Is consolidation possible for me?

I don't know how to consolidate my loans or where to go to ask. In the next few months federal and private payments exceeding my rent will start and when I try to search online I just see results I'm sure I'll have to enter my info in exchange for spam but I have no idea what would legitimately help.

Is there a physical place in the Chicago area I might be able to discuss this with someone? Preferably a professional that can nudge me in the right direction?
