My spouse and I have been blessed to have parents that are helping us out with our home purchase and will be our “bank”.
Closing on the house for $565k. We are putting $250k down and parents have blessed us with financing the remaining $315k @ 3% interest over 30 years.
My goal/question is, I will make monthly payments to them, but we want to add extra payments here and there over the years to pay the house off sooner. Does anyone know of a tool or spreadsheet to help track this? Thank you all!
