So my little cousin wants a debit account on her phone without any connection to her parents whatsoever because they keep taking her money. I said I’d help her make an account that she can manage herself, we both live in england and I don’t know if it’s even legal for her to manage her own debit account, it would have to have no billing (charging her money to use her account or anything like that) and would there be a way for her to get a physical debit card too (obviously still without any billing or her parents knowing) I need some awnsers quick because she’s literally resorted to hiding her money under floorboards now and I’m sick and tired of twisting my ankle over and over because the floorboards give way when I’m walking
