How does this Bitcoin factor work??

I've bought 19 one thing {dollars} in bitcoin. I’ve zero data of how any of this works or find out how to perceive it. (I’ve it as a result of I almost bought scammed and determined to not undergo with a deal and stored it ) I’ll connect a screenshot and hope anybody on the market can clarify what the numbers imply and the way I can probably generate income off of it?
