Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN) is hiring the founders of robotic software program maker Covariant and licensing the corporate’s robotic basis fashions to enhance its warehouse automation.
The e-commerce large will take up founders Pieter Abbeel, Peter Chen, Rocky Duan, and round 1 / 4 of Covariant’s present workers into its Success Applied sciences & Robotics Staff, Amazon (AMZN) stated in a blogpost.
