The Malin is planning to open a 32,700-square-foot coworking house in Manhattan’s Flatiron District within the spring of 2025.

The brand new coworking venue will likely be inside the Equinox constructing at 895 Broadway, occupying the fourth and fifth flooring. The five-story property contains a complete of 57,050 sq. toes, in line with CommercialEdge info. The Equinox Flatiron health membership occupies the constructing’s first three ranges.

The Malin Flatiron will characteristic a 2,700-square-foot mezzanine flooring, 20 non-public workplaces, 36 devoted desks, 5 assembly rooms, 23 telephone cubicles, one library and two kitchens.
