My wife and I are currently searching for our first home. We also want it to be our forever home so the process is slow and we have been looking at houses for the last year and a half without success.
My wife’s car lease is up in October and we will need to get her another vehicle. Her current lease payment is $329 a month, would we be okay getting another lease for her as long as the payment is the same or less? Will it hurt our current preapproval for a home?
