For the longest time, I thought my inability to finish projects meant I was undisciplined or flaky (gosh I really hate this word), or just a serial hobbyist who couldn’t commit to anything longer than a few weeks.

I’ve started blogs, YouTube series, digital product lines, three different “life-changing” routines, and what may or may not be a novel (we don’t talk about that last one). Each time, I’d begin with so much enthusiasm but somehow, the fire would fizzle out, and I’d feel… guilty.
