Hi everyone! I’m posting this to as many places as possible because I haven’t been able to find a thread about it yet, and I would appreciate any advice you could give me.I recently received a refund from Byte (an aligner company) after fighting with their team for months. If you’re not familiar with Byte, they are currently facing a lawsuit and are now reportedly going bankrupt, similar to SmileDirectClub.I paid for my aligners via Care Credit/Synchrony Bank. Byte refunded my total balance to Care Credit on 05/01. on 05/13, they issued a refund for the balance. On 05/27, I contacted them because I still hadn’t received the check (for $1,220). They told me that the check was sent to an old address, which I told them was incorrect before. That same day, they said they would re-issue the check to a new address. Today is 06/17, and still…. no check. I reached out to them again, and apparently, “no one submitted a request for it to be resent on 05/27”.

Has anyone else dealt with this from them before? I am moving and could really use that money, as it is a large amount for me. Thanks in advance for any help.

EDIT** I’ve seen a few posts about CareCredit in here, which is why I decided to post here.
