Does someone have any weird experience with neo invest or onvest?

So earlier this month I had the brightest idea to invest a $1000 for a rainy day on neo invest, they have this thing with onevest inc where you get a managed portfolio and me ever so naive decided to drop in $1000 to try it out, they didn’t give me any rates to start with and it was taking some time for the deposit so I created another request with $1000. Now I wanted to try it out with only 1k so thats what i put in my everyday spending acc but to my horror i just found out both of those deposits were failed even though they did take out the first $1000 from my everyday spending account. I’m gonna give them a call first thing when their lines open tomorrow but till then I need to know those $1000 would be accounted for and not just lost forever. I could really use that cash and just losing it in such a frivolous way is messing with my head. Any thoughts and advice?
