After Rick Frechmann, Joleen Mayfield, and Brad Snitzer left its employment, AssuredPartners (AP) filed a lawsuit in December 2024 towards EPIC and three former staff – alleging breach of contract, misappropriation of commerce secrets and techniques, tortious interference, unjust enrichment, and breach of the responsibility of loyalty. AP claimed that after the defendants left the corporate, they improperly solicited AP shoppers and took confidential info with them.
